For customers in Auckland, our consultants will visit you personally at home. They will bring a large selection of samples so you can see and feel the fabrics. They will then proceed to take measurements and provide a fixed quote on the spot, after a thorough consultation and assessment of your needs.

Our Process

After receiving your phone call / web enquiry, we match you up with an interior design consultant in your area and a suitable appointment time is made for you.

Our consultant visits your home with a large range of fabric samples of all colours and textures in order to help you choose the right fabrics for your home. 

After your curtain style has been agreed upon, the consultant takes the window or door measurements and presents you with a fixed price quote. Your quote is a fixed price quote for the agreed fabrics, style, accessories, supply, installation and it comes with a 12 months warranty.

Once our quote is accepted, a 50% deposit is paid and we proceed to manufacture, supply and install your drapes.

Finally once your curtains/blinds have been fitted the final balance is due.
